When Making an appointment a 50% deposit is required. If Appointments are canceled an hour before the Kut you'll be fully refunded. If theres a no call no show or a cancellation is requested less the an hour before the cut the deposit will not be refunded.

Big Tone:

For all Big Tone's clients 2nd half of Kut payment can be paid in the shop after kut.

Mo Kutz:

For all Mo’s clients deposits will be refunded after Kut and Kut can be paid in full.
